What this site collects
Short version: an email address and the record that you gave it, used only to send what you asked for and the letter. Nothing else, and nobody gets it for their own use.
Your email address
If you ask for the Proof Pack or the newsletter, I store your address, the date you gave it, and the IP address and browser string of that one request, which is the record that the consent was yours. The address also passes through the mail service that delivers the message, and goes nowhere else. I use it to send the files you asked for and, after that, a letter about business analysis when there is something worth sending. There is no schedule and no sequence waiting for you. Every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them; the only message without that link is the confirmation email, which is the one asking whether you wanted any of this. You can also write to hello@analify.com and ask me to delete everything I have about you - I will, and I will confirm it.
Traffic measurement
I want to know which articles are read, so I count page views two ways, and both are cookie-less. Umami, running on my own server at analytics.analify.pl, records the page, the referrer and a country. A second counter, built into this site, stores nothing but the date and the path, and exists so the number survives when Umami is blocked or down. Neither sets a cookie, neither builds a profile of you, and nothing here is a Google, Meta or advertising pixel. Umami is not a third party in the usual sense: it is software I host myself, and the data does not leave my server.
Server logs
The web server records requests, including IP address, for security and diagnostics. Those logs rotate and are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. One email is enough. I do not sell data, I do not share lists, and I do not run retargeting campaigns.
